  3. Share your Order ID, photos, and issue details via WhatsApp or Email.

5. Refund Approval Process

  • Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.

6. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund based on product availability and customer preference.
