At Namma Nati Foods, we aim to deliver fresh, well-sealed products safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation message/email once your order is placed successfully.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.

If a particular location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and issue a refund if required.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Karnataka: 2โ€“4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4โ€“8 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote location servicing, festivals, or high-volume sale periods.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
  • We may occasionally offer free shipping on selected orders, combo packs, or bulk orders.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

5. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details.

You can track your order directly using the courierโ€™s tracking link.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Ensure the delivery address is correct
  • Provide an active phone number
  • Someone should be available to receive the order

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone switched off, or unavailable recipient, re-delivery or return costs (if any) may be charged to the customer.

7. Damaged Package During Delivery

If your package arrives torn, leaking, crushed, or tampered:

  1. Do not accept the parcel if possible
  2. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and inner product
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We operate on a 100% prepaid model only.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking, processed securely via Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

9. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, shipping charges will not be refunded and no replacement will be issued
