4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in INR
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated
• Payments are accepted only via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through Razorpay
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delays due to courier partners, natural calamities, public holidays, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

7. Return, Refund & Replacement

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Opened or used food items are not eligible for return. Damaged or incorrect items may be replaced after verification.
